REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEES 2011/2012 school year
St. Paul’s Christian School is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to bring you the best possible Christian education at the lowest possible cost. The school is staffed with experienced, qualified personnel whose purpose is to provide, along with the necessary equipment and supplies, a warm and stimulating environment.
A yearly tuition fee is established. This fee may be paid in total, or in (10) equal payments due on the first of each month beginning in August. A $ 15.00 late fee is assessed if payment is not made by the 10th of the month. Payment is due whether or not your child has been in attendance. Exceptions to this can be granted only for serious or chronic illness, and verified with a physician’s note.
The yearly tuition fee covers all expenses for the school year, which include snacks, arts and crafts supplies, etc.
Acceptance of registration and fee guarantees class placement. After 2/15 no discount will be given on registration fees.

Please note: Our cultural arts fee includes membership to our H.S.A. (Home School Association), pays for special programming for our students, and will replace many of our fundraising programs (wrapping paper sales, candy sales, etc.). This fee is due August 1st with tuition payment.
Tuition Adjustments:
Multiple Student Discount: 5% discount on 2nd child, 10% discount on 3rd child, 15% discount on 4th child.
St. Paul’s Member Discount: Members of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and their children are entitled to receive a 5% discount on the oldest child’s tuition. Official membership must be in place by June 1 prior to the start of school. Official membership is defined as attending & completing a pastor led membership class or letter of transfer.
New Student Referral Credit for currently enrolled families - Refer a preschool family and receive a $215 credit on your tuition, refer a Kindergarten to 8th grade student and receive a $350 credit. All newly enrolled students must be enrolled for the entire year. Credit will be applied to April and/or May tuition payments.
** Any student entering school after Sept. 30th of the current school year will be responsible the total yearly tuition amount. Anyone entering after Dec. 20th will be responsible for 2/3 yearly tuition amount.
